Our Collaborative
A funder collaborative is a joint initiative of multiple grant makers that come together around a shared issue of concern. This approach allows for highly strategic and leveraged grant-making that maximizes collective impact.
There are two types of workforce development funders that support the Funder Alliance. Pooled Funders provide resources for our broad work and guide our strategic direction. Project Funders help to fund one or more Funder Alliance strategies. Together, we develop strategic initiatives that work with business and civic leaders to advance our mission.
